Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of e-books, downloadable content, digital guides, and online courses are final.
Once a digital product has been delivered or access has been granted, no refund, cancellation, exchange, or return will be provided.
Printed Books and Physical Products
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once a product has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
If a product is received in a damaged condition, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
After verification, we may provide a replacement at our sole discretion.
